The Summit will provide a platform for Survivors to speak to their experiences and to their demands for what is needed for prevention, healing and justice. Allies and decision makers will make commitments towards the ending of childhood sexual violence. Action will be agreed and action will be demanded.

We are convening the Global Survivors Action Summit because we can only end childhood sexual violence if survivors, allies and decision makers come together to rapidly scale comprehensive programs and policies. The Summit, hosted by Femi Oke, will be divided into three different ACTS which will examine:

• The global childhood sexual violence context and the resulting formation of the Brave movement
• A ‘round the world’ insight into the survivor led advocacy and campaign work to end childhood sexual violence
• What can be done next by members of the movement and beyond, including the launch of a set of global demands to end childhood sexual violence

The Summit will include contributions from WHO Director-General Dr Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, President of the Oak Foundation Douglas Griffiths, and survivors including:

• Lawyer, psychologist and human rights advocate, Brisa de Angulo
• Executive Director and CEO of Together for Girls Daniela Ligiero
• Political scientist and member of the German Council of Survivors, Wibke Müller
• Scottish actor, writer and activist, Matthew McVarish
• Consent educator and child sexual abuse prevention specialist, Rosalia Rivera
