Sample Training Scenarios for Code of Conduct
This sample provides examples of scenarios that can be used in training Youth-Serving Organizations (YSO) staff and volunteers about the Code of Conduct. It provides scenarios regarding staff and employees related to appropriate, inappropriate and harmful behavior, as outlined by an organization’s Code of Conduct to use for training. Each scenario also has discussion points for the trainer to use. It can be used by trainers to talk through examples of behavior, to help staff and volunteers understand how behaviors can manifest and what to do if they are inappropriate or harmful.
