Sample Electronic Communications Policy
This Electronic Communication Policy is an example of how Youth Serving Organizations (YSOs) can communicate policies with the public. This sample focuses on multiple aspects of electronic communication, including phone calls, text messages, emails, and social media communication. A YSO may edit and distribute this document to stakeholders. The goal of this document is to effectively communicate a YSO’s expectations of electronic communication with staff, volunteers, caregivers, and children while centering child safety at their organization.
