Sample (Code of Conduct) Statement of Receipt and Agreement
This is an example of what Youth-Serving Organizations (YSOs) can use for their staff and volunteers to indicate their understanding of the Code of Conduct. The document has statements for staff and volunteers to agree to, based on the Code of Conduct. It can be used to clarify the expectations of staff and volunteers at their YSO. After going over the Code of Conduct, this document can be used as a check that staff and volunteers understood and agree to all things outlined in the code.
