This document provides information on Level One of Kirkpatrick’s Four Levels of Training Evaluation. In particular, it focuses on the learner’s reaction to the training they have just received. The document outlines what an evaluator should be looking for in their initial evaluation and directly after the training. It can be used by leadership to help create evaluations to be given directly after the training. Information from training evaluations like this allow trainers and leadership to ensure their training is effective or to make changes where needed.
